At NoteWorthyTee, your satisfaction matters. Because our products are made‑to‑order via print‑on‑demand, we handle issues a bit differently to keep things fast and hassle‑free.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email us at support@NoteWorthyTee.com with:
1. your order number, and
2. clear photos showing the issue.
Once verified, we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund—your choice. In most cases, you won’t need to send the item back.
Return Window (Change of Mind, Sizing, etc.)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused/unwashed apparel in original condition with tags, and in its original packaging.
Start a Return or Report an Issue
Email support@NoteWorthyTee.com with your order number and details. We’ll reply with next steps. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and the correct return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non‑Returnable Items
Final‑sale items, gift cards, and customized/personalized items (unless defective).
Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages
If the shipping address was entered incorrectly, reach out ASAP. We’ll try to update it if the order hasn’t entered production/shipment yet.
Important Notes
Photo evidence helps us resolve printer issues quickly and at no extra cost to you.
For approved refunds, processing times depend on your bank/issuer once we confirm eligibility.
